Series description:
The FY budget requests were published on an annual basis. Generally the budget requests are well in advance of the FY date on the cover of the volume (i.e. the FY 1991 budget request was published in 1989.) The volumes include information on the current status of programs, and specific fiscal requests for both the operating and capital budgets. The documents often include information regarding prioritization of requests. The Archives holds the FY 1991 and FY 1992 issues.
