These commencement files were created by the chancellor’s office in the planning and execution of commencement ceremonies and related events, including the selection of speakers and recipients of honorary degrees, emeritus status, and meritorious service awards. The files contain correspondence, speech scripts, invitations, programs, and various planning documents.
Arrangement: The files are primarily arranged in chronological order by date of ceremony.
