Series description:
The records consist of subject files documenting various aspects of the relationship between the University of Alaska Anchorage, Anchorage Community College, and Alaska Methodist University (later Alaska Pacific University). Subjects include space use, the transfer of programs and faculty at the time of closure of Alaska Methodist University, the Consortium Library, a lawsuit filed by AMU regarding the use of the Consortium Library building, and the potential purchase of AMU land by the University of Alaska.
