Other:

We completed a shelf read of the Archives vault over the holiday break. As careful as we are about making sure boxes go back where they came from, occasionally things go astray or typos creep in to our location database. So every few years we try to do a shelf read to make sure our location list matches what is sitting on the shelving! Since the vault is usually between 60 and 65 degrees and it’s not a dry cold, it’s time to put on a sweater (or three) and go spend some time walking the shelves and reading box labels.
