Biographical note: 

Lloyd M. Lindsay Was born and raised in Anchorage Alaska, where he graduated from Anchorage High School in 1946. He married N. Carol Steinbrink in 1951. They had three sons, Kevin, Mark and Jonathan. Before passing away in 1996, Lloyd was a member of the Anchorage International Rotary Club for 31 years. 

Collection description: 

This collection consists of photographs, documents, and film belonging to Carol and Lloyd Lindsay. Photographs include an Anchorage Chamber of Commerce slide presentation and personal travel slides from various areas of Alaska. There are family photographs from Lloyd’s childhood, along with a photograph album of unidentified family photographs. There are large print photographs of Lloyd at an Anchorage International Rotary Club event. Documents include Christmas letters and personal correspondence to the Lindsays from extended family, and Lloyd’s High School diploma. There are also 11 16mm films taken by the Lindsays in Alaska and elsewhere.
