Biographical note:
Clark James Mishler became a freelance photographer in 1990.  His work features people, food and the natural environment. His work has been published in Alaskan and national magazines, used for commercial purposes by a variety of corporations and organizations, and he has participated and headlined art exhibitions as well. After a career based in Anchorage, Alaska, Mr. Mishler relocated to California’s Napa Valley in 2015.

Collection description:
The collection consists of three sets of records: project log books, a professional portfolio, and press passes. The log books are in chronological order and contain prints of photographs and descriptive information from photographic shoots. The professional portfolio consists of mounted transparencies and related documentation. The press passes are from events which Mr. Mishler attended as a photographer.
