Susan Winton moved from Florida to Alaska in 1978 where she was employed as a legal secretary and a professional photographer.
Collection description:
The collection contains photographs, primarily slides, of various animals and scenic views, as well as the Iditarod, Fur Rendezvous, kayaking, windsurfing, and para-skiing. Locations of photographs include Denali National Park, J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge in southwestern Florida, Katmai National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and several other locations throughout the United States and Canada.
