This collection consists primarily of records related to building, developments and other projects in the University area under review by the organization. It also includes some meeting minutes and resolutions.

Acquisition note: The majority of the records were transferred to the Archives in 2014 by Susan Klein, a former president of the organization. A deposit agreement was signed by the leadership of the organization in 2014. Upon transfer of that material, one folder of records was removed from the Federation of Community Councils of Anchorage records in the Archives holdings and placed in this collection.
