Biographical note:
Walter R. Strong was serving in the military and stationed on Dutch Harbor during the attack on June 3, 1942.

Collection description:
This collection contains 181 colored photographs and 164 negatives. The photographs were taken during the 1992 Servicemen Reunion in Dutch Harbor, Alaska. The photographs portray the fishing industry of Dutch Harbor, fish processing, scenery, ships, fishing vessels, barges, storage and shipping containers, as well as ports in Seattle, where one of the barges travelled from Dutch Harbor.

Arrangement: The collection is arranged in the order in which it arrived at the Archives.
