Biographical note:
David Templin is a physician who has spent nearly 50 years with the Indian Health Service and Alaska Native Health. He’s lived in Alaska since 1970. He retired in 1989 and continues to work part-time as a rheumatologist with IHS clinics throughout Alaska. In 1975 he traveled to St. Paul, in the Pribilof Islands to serve as a fill-in physician at the Health Clinic in St. Paul for approximately two weeks.

Collection description:
The collection includes 43 slides of fur seal harvest activities taken by Dr. Templin during July 1975.

Arrangement: Slides are arranged in their original order.
