Collection description:
The collection consists of pages and partial pages from a family photograph album from 1921. There are 22 original black and white prints and two photograph clippings from a magazine. All of the prints were taken around Chickaloon, Alaska, and the U. S. government coal mine that operated there. Specific subjects include: the town of Chickaloon; Chickaloon Coal Mine (staff, engineers, coal tipple, prospect tunnel, railroad, and coal outcroppings), fur trappers, the Chickaloon River, Castle Mountain, and King Mountain.

Arrangement: Album pages have been retained in the order in which they arrived at the Archives.
