Use the calendar below to see our availability for onsite research appointments for the next two months. We may be able to tentatively schedule appointments for more than two months in advance, if needed. You can navigate between months using the arrow buttons on the calendar. You can also switch to a weekly or daily view. Please use the form below to request your appointment.
Before requesting an appointment
- This calendar reflects our availability for in-person research only. If you would like to request a tour or virtual research appointment over Zoom, please contact us.
- Please make your appointment request at least 24 hours in advance of your desired appointment.
- If you are traveling to Anchorage to conduct research, please contact us prior to making your travel plans, especially if you are booking your travel more than two months in advance.
- If you are not able to come in during the hours listed in the calendar, we may be able to accommodate appointments outside of those hours in certain circumstances. Due to limited staffing, we ask that requests for appointments outside our the hours listed on the calendar to be made at least a week in advance
