Collection description:
The collection contains seven postcards. Five postcards were written by Lewis C. and Ilah Mae Horton during their travels in Alaska and were sent to their son, William Horton. One postcard was written by a woman named Mary Kay and another written by “RCE.” Both were also sent to William Horton. The postcards show photographs of Kotzebue, the Trans-Alaska Pipeline, a fish wheel in the Yukon, Sitka National Historical Park, Fur Rendezvous, and Alaskan scenery.
