Collection description:
The collection consists of the tourist photograph album of Cathy Evans. The 36 page album contains 40 color prints and 14 color and black and white photo post cards. Subjects of the photographs include: Cathy Evans, her brother Tim, family and friends, Matanuska Glacier, Portage Glacier, Cook Inlet, Mt. McKinley National Park, Homer, Haines, Fraser River Canyon, and the Malemute Saloon in Ester. Subjects of the post cards include: North Pole and the Santa Claus House, the campus of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, the Malemute Saloon in Ester, Chilkat Indian Dancers in Haines, Earthquake Park in Anchorage, and the Alaskaland Exposition in Fairbanks.
