Biographical note:
Hank Kiekow was from Minnesota. He worked on the construction of the Alaska Highway with a group of civilian construction workers from the St. Cloud, Minnesota area. He died in 1990.

Collection description:
The collection consists of black and white photographs glued to album pages, documenting Hank Kiekow’s time working on the construction of the Alaska Highway. The photographs include images of construction, scenery, construction workers and equipment, and leisure time activities.

Arrangement: The collection has been maintained in the order in which it arrive at the Archives.
