Biographical note:
Anne and John were a married couple with two daughters, Deb and Lori, living in the Turnagain-By-The-Sea neighborhood at the time of the 1964 earthquake. Both may have worked for the Alaska court system. They lived on Iliamna Avenue.
Collection description:
The collection consists of transcripts of letters written by Anne and John to family members about their experiences during and after earthquake. The collection also includes 12 black and white photographic prints of damaged areas of Anchorage.
Arrangement: The collection is in the order in which it arrived at the Archives.
